Dr. Pardis Sahafi joins NRC

We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Pardis Sahafi has joined the National Research Council (NRC), Canada as Research Council Officer specializing in E-beam lithography. Dr. Sahafi's extensive experience and expertise in nanofabrication and characterization have been invaluable to our research group, and we wish her all the best in her new role at the NRC.

NMR diffraction paper published in PNAS

Our paper "Nuclear magnetic resonance diffraction with subangstrom precision" is now published in the PNAS journal. This work demonstrates NMR diffraction measurements of ∼2 million 31P spins in a nanoscale volume of an indium-phosphide (InP) nanowire. Here we also demonstrate an interferometric technique to detect Angstrom-scale displacement with picometer precison.

Poster at NanoMRI 7 conference at ICFO

Poster presentation at the 7th NanoMRI conference at the Institut de Ciències Fotòniques (ICFO), Barcelona. This poster showcased our work on the spin transport project where we had explored transport at length scales on the order of a few lattice spacings. This work was presented by PhD candidate Pritam Priyadarsi and it was adjudged as the best poster at the conference.
